TERMS OF SERVICE

The game

The Third War is a collectible card game. We may change cards, rules, seasons, rewards, features, and availability. We do not promise that any particular card, mode, or season will remain available.

Your account

You sign in with Google, Apple, or an email link. You are responsible for the activity on your account. Choose a username that is not abusive and does not impersonate someone else. Do not share your account in a way that lets someone else cheat or abuse the game.

License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to play The Third War. You do not own the game, its cards, or other virtual items. Virtual items have no cash value. We may change, rebalance, or remove them.

Purchases

Purchases are optional. Apple or Google bills you under the App Store or Google Play terms. A purchase unlocks an entitlement on your account, such as a Premium Battle Pass. Refunds follow the store's rules and the law that applies to you. We do not promise a refund beyond what the store or the law requires.

Ads

Free play may include ads. A Premium Battle Pass skips the ads placed in the game.

Fair play

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools, bots, or automation.
• Interfere with other players, matches, or the service.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not allowed to use.
• Harass other players or use the game for unlawful activity.

We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or puts the game or other players at risk.

Feedback

If you send playtest feedback or other suggestions, we may use them to improve the game without owing you payment for that feedback.

Deleting your account

Accounts can be deleted from the profile menu in the downloaded iOS or Android app. You must be signed in to delete your account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, collection, friends, and sign-in. Details are on the delete my account page.

Availability

The game is provided as available. Matches, sign-in, and purchases can be interrupted by maintenance, outages, or store and network problems. We are not liable for losses caused by that interruption, except where the law does not allow this limit.

Store terms

Downloads and purchases also follow Apple's and Google's terms. If a store term conflicts with these terms on a purchase made in that store, the store's term controls that purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you keep playing after an update, you accept the revised terms.
