PRIVACY POLICY

Information we collect

We collect only what the game needs to run your account, matches, and optional purchases.

• Account. You can sign in with Google, Apple, or an email link. Firebase Authentication receives the email address and the name or profile details that provider shares.
• Profile and play. We store the username you choose, your decks and card collection, battle pass and ranked progress, friends, challenges, daily rewards, match data needed to run the game, and playtest feedback you choose to send.
• Purchases. Optional purchases are processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We learn whether a purchase succeeded and which entitlement it unlocked. We do not receive your full payment card number.
• Advertising. The game may show Google AdMob rewarded and interstitial ads. A Premium Battle Pass skips those ads. Google may use a device or advertising identifier under Google's privacy policy.
• On your device. The app keeps local settings on the phone or tablet you use to play.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Create your account and keep you signed in.
• Save progress, run matches, friends, rewards, seasons, and purchases.
• Show ads, unless your account has a pass that removes them.
• Prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse.
• Delete your account when you ask us to.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information with the services that operate the game: Google (Firebase and AdMob), Apple (sign-in and App Store purchases), and RevenueCat (purchase entitlements). They process that information under their own terms to provide those services. We do not share your account with other players except what the game shows during play, such as your username.

Deleting your account

Accounts can be deleted from the profile menu in the downloaded iOS or Android app. You must be signed in to delete your account. Deletion is permanent. It removes your profile, collection, friends, and sign-in.

Apple and Google may keep their own records of purchases you made in their stores. See the delete my account page for the steps.

Children

The Third War is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the game changes. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
